Welcome to the Wonderland Book Club, aimed at middle grade readers aged 8-12!
Each month, we will meet remotely using Zoom to discuss the monthly book, anything else we’ve been reading, and an author chat. These events are free of charge to keep them accessible, but please register in advance and ensure you have permission from a parent or guardian to join in.
We are delighted to announce that author Louise Gooding will be joining us for our July meeting on July 8th at 6.30pm, to talk to us about her book, Just Like Me A joining link will be emailed out 3 days in advance – please check your junk mail filters if you do not receive your joining link. Copies of the books are available to purchase via our website, but this is entirely optional.
Please note that these book club meetings are meant for children and young readers. Solo adults will not be permitted to join these sessions.
Just Like Me is a wonderful anthology of 40 inspirational figures who are neurologically or physically diverse. The world is full of people who are a little different. Our uniqueness makes us who we are.
